Owner Questions:

• What does it cost? How are you paid? You can learn more about that Here !
• Is there any kind of start-up or setup fee? You can learn about that Here !
• What do I need to do if I need to block off the home for myself? Easy, just email your assigned VRM (vacation rental manager, your account manager) and we'll make sure everything is blocked off and ready for you :)
• What Platforms (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO) do you list on? Great question! We cover that Here !

Renter Questions:

• Do I need to bring my own sheets? No way! Well... only if you want. But all of our homes comes with clean linens, towels, toiletries, soap, sponges, detergents and more. If you have any questions, ask :)
• Can I bring a pet? Depends on the home, and on the season. If you look at our homes Here you can search by Pet Friendly.
• Is there beach access? This will depend on the home and community. You can also search for "beach" on our booking site as well ( here! )
